Free Royal Mail 24 Delivery on all orders over £50. Any orders over £50 are sent out by Royal Mail Tracked 24.

Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed Next Day by 1pm service is available at £5.99 per order. Your order MUST still be placed before 3.30pm for this service. Select this option from the drop down box at the checkout stage for a guaranteed next working day service.

Orders under £50 will be charged £3.99 postage for Royal Mail 24.

Orders placed before 3.30pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed over the weekend will be sent out on Monday.

Large parcels may be sent by a next day courier other than Royal Mail.

Please note, we only send orders within the UK.

Each Fenix Product will be covered for defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 5 years. Fenix is not responsible for any damage or failure resulting from any abuse, misuse, accident, or negligent act or omission by you or by any third party, or for acts of nature. Unauthorized repair or attempts to service the unit will invalidate the warranty. Non-compliance with the products' instructions will invalidate the warranty.

All our products come with a 14-day refund or exchange guarantee, although we may be unable to refund any postage costs incurred. We do our utmost to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition.

To qualify for a refund or exchange the product must be in new and unused condition and in its original packaging. We recommend that you return items using recorded delivery. Please ensure items being returned have a note clearly stating order number and reason for return. If this is not carried out it can delay the processing of the refund or exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights.

In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged or faulty, please send an e-mail to [email protected]. We will give you a returns number and a refund or replacement will be processed within 7 days of fenixtorch.co.uk receiving the returned item(s). This promise does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.
