The Gerber US Assist (30-001294N) is a smooth folding knife with assisted-opening for quick and easy access to the blade. The knife has an overall length of 7.2" when open and 4.25" when closed and weighs 3.9 oz.

The 3" drop point blade is made from 420HC stainless steel with a bead blast finish. The blade has a partially serrated, combo edge which  makes it suitable for a range of applications. The US Assist features ambidextrous one-handed opening with dual ramped thumbstuds and has a plunge lock with cross-bolt safety to keep the blade firmly in place, whether folded or open.

The handle is made from glass filled nylon and has a removable, scratch resistant pocket for tip up or tip down carry.
