The Tac Tie attachment strap system from Maxpedition is used to integrate accessory pockets onto packs, vests, MOLLE equipment, and also PALS surfaces.
There is a closed loop design which provides an extremely secure connection. Once a Tac Tie strap has been properly engaged it will not open unless deliberately done so by the user. The detachment of the Tac Tie straps is quick and easy to do by hand, there is no need for any specific tools etc.
Once the pouch has been detached from the pack, the Tac Tie straps will stay securely attached to the pouch so that they are not misplaced or lost.
The straps are resuable and interchangeable.
