The Fenix HL45R focusable headlamp has a maximum output of 1000 lumens from the Luminus SFT25R cool white LED and is powered by an included li-ion battery pack or 3 x AAA batteries (not included).

In addition to the white outputs, the head torch has an OSRAM GR QSSPA1.23 red LED, providing a red output ideal for reducing eye strain, night photography and fishing.

The HL45R features an innovative focusing ring for switching the beam between spot and floodlight. A rotary and electronic switch combination on the side of the headlamp turns the light on and off, switches between the white and red modes and adjusts the brightness level. Gesture operation is also available for quick on and off access with just a wave of your hand 10cm in front of the light.

The headlamp is made from high quality aluminium alloy, providing excellent durability and thermal performance.

Maximum beam distance 220 meters, waterproof to IP66 and resistant to impacts up to 1 meter.

Operation:

• Turn the rotary switch to change from lockout mode, to white light and red light.
• When in white or red light mode, press and hold the electronic switch for 0.5 seconds to turn the light on and off.
• When the rotary switch is on the white light setting, single click the electronic switch to cycle between Low>Med>High>Turbo.
• When the rotary switch is on the red light setting, single click the electronic switch to cycle between Low>Med>High>Flash.
