The Fenix HM71R headlamp has a maximum output of 2700 lumens from the Luminus SFT70 and SST20 LEDs. The light is powered by an included 21700 li-ion battery which is rechargeable via the Type-C charging port.

The head torch features both a spot and floodlight to provide a lighting set-up for a range of applications. Although the two modes can't be used together, the large single side switch provides fast and efficient access to both outputs.

The patented quick-release mount design allows for simple attachment and detachment, so the HM71R can be used as a headlamp or a forward facing flashlight. When not on the headband, the light can be attached to a metallic surface with the magnetic tail cap, stood on its end or attached to clothing with the pocket clip,

The head of the lamp is made from durable 316 stainless steel and the body from A6061-T6 aluminium. These rugged, reliable materials provide excellent strength plus resistance to corrosion and impact.

Floodlight

Read: 5 lumens - 400 hrs runtime

*The Turbo output is measured in a total of runtime including output at reduced levels due to temperature or protection mechanism in the design.

Maximum beam distance 230 meters, waterproof to IP68 and resistant to impacts up to 2 meters.

Operation:

• Press and hold the switch for 0.5 seconds to enter Spotlight mode. Single click to cycle through the modes, in order Low>Med>High>Turbo.
• Double click the switch to enter Floodlight mode. Single click to cycle through the modes, in order Read>Low>Med>High.
• Press and hold the switch for 1.2 seconds to switch between spot and floodlight.
• Press and hold the switch for 3 seconds to enter lockout mode. Repeat to unlock.
